Welcome to the HL Associates website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Consulting Services Scope

HL Associates provides advisory, training, and implementation support for various food safety and quality management standards (including but not limited to ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, FSSAI, USFDA). Our role is strictly advisory. While we guarantee our methodology and pre-audit readiness, the final issuance of any certification is at the sole discretion of the independent third-party Certification Body (CB) or regulatory authority.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our consulting engagements, clients must:

• Provide accurate, transparent, and complete information regarding their processes, ingredients, and facility layouts.
• Commit necessary resources, including management time and capital for infrastructure upgrades, if mandated by the specific standard (e.g., GFSI standards).
• Actively participate in training sessions and adhere to newly implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

3. Intellectual Property

All manuals, SOP templates, risk assessment frameworks, and training materials provided by HL Associates remain the intellectual property of HL Associates until full payment is received. They are licensed exclusively for the internal use of the contracted client and may not be resold, published, or distributed to third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

HL Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, product recalls, or regulatory fines) arising from the implementation or failure to implement our recommendations. Food safety ultimately remains the legal responsibility of the Food Business Operator (FBO).

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
